


Dragonflies
Dragonflies is a twelve week program for girls aged 12-14 years, aimed at supporting and nurturing girls as they journey into womanhood. The program is divided into three phases which focus on our relationship with self, our body, particularly as it changes through puberty, and with others. The girls will engage in activities throughout the program that includes yoga, dance, art, personal reflective journaling and nature-based creative play.
KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES
Develop a healthy and positive relationship with their body, enabling them to embrace the changes with grace & celebration
Explore & discover their unique strengths & talents, & nurture their dreams & passions
Foster nourishing connections with others
Understand the importance of relationships & the impact &influence they have on their lives
